Wallpaper - Boho Traveler IV

Our Boho Traveler IV wallpaper, created by Yvette St. Amant, centers on an S-curving white serpent patterned with warm golden floral outlines against a rich terracotta backdrop. Stylized pink seedpods, blossoms, and winding green foliage with petrol blue accents frame and weave through the snake's curves, giving the composition a graphic, folklore-inspired rhythm. What we particularly like is how the bold silhouette of the pale body creates an immediate focal point while the painted-looking botanicals add illustrative warmth. Produced made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface texture, our mural wallpapers bring an expressive, crafted character to any wall.

In the room

In an entryway or dining room, we would place this design on a main feature wall where the curving geometry and illustrative details have space to be enjoyed at close range. The warm terracotta background creates an enclosing, grounded atmosphere that works especially well in rooms meant for gathering or welcoming guests. Because the central snake motif carries a strong graphic weight, giving it a relatively uninterrupted wall behind a dining credenza or in a dedicated reading nook lets the visual rhythm unfold without feeling cluttered. In a bedroom, setting this wallpaper behind the bed anchors the room with warmth, offering an artful alternative to a traditional headboard while maintaining a calm, grounded mood.

Styling it

To complement the folk-art warmth of Boho Traveler IV, we suggest pairing it with furniture in warm, mid-tone woods or painted finishes that let the wallpaper remain the central focus. Simple silhouettes prevent the surrounding space from competing with the winding serpent motif.

For accents and decorative pieces, accessories in warm brass, matte black, or glazed ceramics in rich teal pick up the fine line details and floral stems within the print. Keeping surrounding textiles fairly quiet in tone allows the terracotta backdrop and pink botanicals to define the room's character naturally.

Colour combinations

Our wallpaper features a grounding terracotta ground, an off-white serpent body with golden ochre outlines, vibrant pink and berry-toned floral heads, olive green leaves, and subtle petrol blue accents. When choosing paint for adjacent walls and woodwork, we like working with soft creamy off-whites that echo the pale tone of the serpent, keeping the overall room bright and cohesive. For a deeper, more enveloping scheme, matching trim or adjacent walls to a muted terracotta or warm ochre creates a seamless tonal envelope. If you prefer a subtle contrast, a dusty olive green or deep teal drawn from the foliage adds richness without clashing.
