Wallpaper - Eyes Are Watching VI

Our Eyes Are Watching VI wallpaper pairs a detailed engraving-style eye illustration with decorative concentric star borders. Set against a warm cream ground, the central gaze is framed by an inner ring of rust-brown geometric stars and an outer perimeter of muted emerald and sage green stars. What we particularly like about this design is the balance between fine crosshatch line work and the folk-art character of the stamped star motifs. Produced as a made-to-measure mural wallpaper, it features a subtle physical structure in the paper and is completely PVC-free.

In the room

Because of the strong circular composition and centered focal point, we see this working especially well on an accent wall in a study, home office, or reading nook. The central eye draws immediate focus, so placing it on a wall behind a desk or centered above low furniture allows the complete circular framing to remain visible. In an entryway or dressing room, the illustrative character adds an intriguing graphic presence without overwhelming the space.

Styling it

We would keep the surrounding decor relatively quiet to let the graphic motif stand out. Clean-lined mid-century furniture or vintage dark wood pieces in walnut or teak complement the historic engraving aesthetic. For decorative accents, consider antique brass hardware, blackened metal task lighting, or ceramic details that pick up on the earthy tones in the star borders.

Colour combinations

The design is built around a warm off-white background, black line work, terracotta-rust, and faded spruce greens. For surrounding walls, trim, or larger textiles, soft linen tones and warm chalky whites create a cohesive backdrop. You can also pick out the accent colors directly by pairing the wallpaper with deep olive green cabinetry, burnt sienna upholstery, or muted slate accents.
