Wallpaper - Flower Field Study

Created by Krystal Adams, our Flower Field Study wallpaper interprets a landscape through painterly layers, abstract floral markings, and soft gestural brushwork. The composition moves through horizontal bands of muted moss green, warm ochre, soft sky blue, and creamy ivory, punctuated by dabs of terracotta and rust that suggest stylized flower heads. The visual texture has the layered, expressive feel of an acrylic or gouache painting on canvas, giving the wall a distinctly artistic presence. Made to measure for your wall dimensions, this PVC-free wallpaper introduces an uplifting, artful atmosphere to any space.

In the room

Because of its painterly flow and horizontal movement, we find this mural wallpaper works wonderfully across wider, relatively uninterrupted walls in a living room, dining area, or bedroom. On a main wall behind a low-backed sofa or headboard, the full sweep of abstract meadow tones can unfold without being crowded by heavy cabinetry. In a study or guest room, the softer pastel sections keep the upper portion of the wall feeling light and airy, while the deeper green and ochre bands anchor the lower half.

Styling it

To let the expressive brushstrokes and colorful accents take center stage, we recommend pairing this wallpaper with furniture that has clean, understated lines. Warm, natural wood tones such as ash, beech, or light birch complement the sunny ochre and ivory sections without competing with the pattern. For soft furnishings, solid-toned fabrics in warm cream, muted sage, or washed linen balance the painterly complexity while echoing the organic theme.

Colour combinations

Our design features a rich palette of sage and moss greens, warm ochre, sky blue, terracotta, and soft cream. When choosing paint for adjacent walls or trim, we suggest pulling directly from the lighter background tones, such as an off-white, pale linen, or subtle parchment, to keep the overall room cohesive. If you prefer a richer accent color for a door, shelving, or upholstery, a muted terracotta or deep earthy green draws direct inspiration from the floral marks within the motif.
