Wallpaper - Rusty Bloom

Designed by Nikita Jariwala, our Rusty Bloom wallpaper pairs delicate botanical illustration with a deeply textured terracotta backdrop. The design highlights a sweeping floral stem featuring an airy, circular seedhead alongside soft taupe blossoms and slender leaves. Painted brushwork creates a warm, visual canvas texture across the rich rust background, giving the botanical forms a gentle contrast. Our custom wall murals are made-to-measure to fit your room dimensions, printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure that makes hanging straightforward.

In the room

We see this wallpaper working beautifully as an accent wall in a living room, dining area, or bedroom where the warm terracotta tone can ground the space. Because the botanical stem flows horizontally across the canvas with generous open space around it, the composition feels uncluttered and graceful. In a dining room or behind a low bed frame, placing the mural on an uninterrupted wall allows the sweeping curves and fine petal details to be appreciated in full.

Styling it

To complement the earthy warmth of the design, we recommend keeping surrounding furniture and decorative accents relatively organic and understated.

• Pair with warm, natural wood finishes like mid-tone oak, walnut, or rattan to echo the earthy terracotta base.
• Choose neutral upholstery and curtains in off-white, oatmeal, or unbleached linen to let the delicate botanical brushstrokes stand out without competing for attention.
• Incorporate matte ceramic pieces or brushed brass accents that harmonize with the painted, artisanal character of the motif.

Colour combinations

The palette in our wallpaper centres on a vibrant rust-terracotta background, layered with soft taupe, muted beige, and delicate white accents in the blossoms. On adjacent walls and woodwork, warm off-white, soft sandy beige, or gentle cream tones will keep the room feeling bright while maintaining cohesion. If you prefer a richer, more enveloping feel, deeper clay, caramel, or muted olive shades around the room will create a wonderfully layered interior.
