Wallpaper - Where Sea Meets Bloom ll

Created by Nikita Jariwala, our Where Sea Meets Bloom II wallpaper captures a coastal landscape where painterly hydrangeas slope gently down toward calm ocean waters. We particularly like the visible brushwork throughout the composition, moving from dense clusters of soft periwinkle and white floral heads anchored by lush green foliage up into layered horizontal washes of aqua, sky blue, and soft cloud tones. The open horizon gives the mural wallpaper an expansive, airy feel that invites a sense of quiet calm into the home. Made to measure for your exact dimensions, our wallpapers are PVC-free and printed on paper featuring a subtle surface texture that complements the painted character of the motif.

In the room

Because of the diagonal slope of the blooms and the expansive sea above, this design works especially well on a wide, uninterrupted wall where the full horizon line can stretch out. In a bedroom, we see this working beautifully behind a low headboard, allowing the flowering foreground to anchor the lower half of the wall while the ocean and sky open up the upper space. It is equally suited to a living room or dining area where natural daylight can highlight the delicate transitions across the blue and green tones. For a hallway or study, placing this design along a focal wall creates an engaging sense of depth without overwhelming surrounding architectural details.

Styling it

We recommend pairing this design with simple furniture shapes and natural finishes that let the expressive brushwork remain the central focus. Lighter wood tones, such as pale oak, birch, or white-washed timber, harmonize naturally with the coastal palette and keep the atmosphere light and relaxed. To balance the vibrant green and blue hues, look to woven textiles like natural linen drapery, textured cotton throws, or a neutral wool rug that add warmth without introducing competing patterns. Keeping adjacent wall decor minimal allows the painterly detail of the blooms and horizon to stand out effortlessly.

Colour combinations

The palette in our wallpaper centers around cool sea blues, soft periwinkle, sky blue, and vibrant leafy greens, balanced by creamy off-white and pale sand in the sky. When choosing surrounding wall colors or large furniture pieces, soft warm whites and muted cream tones provide a clean, luminous backdrop that lets the blues pop. For trim, cabinetry, or accent upholstery, dusty blues or pale sage greens pull directly from the foliage and water to create a cohesive, layered interior. If you prefer deeper contrast, accents in dark sea blue or deep forest green provide a grounding effect against the lighter floral clusters.
