Wallpaper - Island Botanica VIII

Designed by Yvette St. Amant, our Island Botanica VIII wallpaper brings together painterly plumeria blooms in radiant shades of coral, blush, and golden yellow, set against lush monstera foliage in sage, emerald, and deep teal tones. A warm melon-peach background gives the composition an inviting, sunlit foundation, while the visible brushstroke effect adds an expressive, artistic character to the botanical forms. Produced as made-to-measure mural wallpapers on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, this design is simple to hang and creates an immediate focal point in any interior.

In the room

The bold scale of the tropical flowers and cut-leaf monstera makes this design especially well suited to a feature wall where the painted artwork can unfold without interruption. In a living room behind a low sofa or framing a dining table, the vertical arrangement of vibrant blooms draws the eye upward and energizes the entire space. We also see our wall murals working beautifully across an entryway or a bedroom accent wall, where the botanical motif sets a warm, cheerful tone upon entering the room. Because the visual rhythm is lively and rich in color, pairing it with simpler adjacent walls allows the wallpaper to take center stage naturally.

Styling it

When decorating around this vibrant floral design, we recommend balancing the rich palette with grounded, understated furniture. Natural rattan, woven cane, or pale blonde wood pieces complement the botanical theme without competing with the vivid floral colors. Clean-lined modern seating in soft neutral linen keeps the overall atmosphere relaxed, letting the painterly coral and tropical green tones provide the primary decorative statement in the room.

Colour combinations

The motif features an expressive palette centered on coral pink, soft peach, rich amber yellow, deep teal, and fresh leaf green, all resting on a warm apricot background. To create a cohesive look across surrounding surfaces, consider extending a soft warm white, sandy beige, or gentle muted peach to adjacent walls and woodwork. If you prefer a moodier contrast, pulling out the deep teal or muted forest green from the monstera leaves for nearby shelving, trim, or upholstery will anchor the bright floral cluster with sophisticated depth.
