Wallpaper - Sphere III

Created by Kathy Ferguson, our Sphere III wallpaper brings an expressive, layered abstract composition to the wall. The design balances broad painted fields of lavender, soft blush, and muted slate with energetic geometric gestures, including circular line motifs, horizontal striping, and bold accents of magenta and chartreuse yellow. Fine gestural marks, dotted accents, and sweeping arc forms create visual movement across a softly textured background. Produced as made-to-measure mural wallpapers on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, this design is straightforward to hang and easy to scale to your room.

In the room

We see Sphere III working exceptionally well as an accent wall in a living room, bedroom, or dedicated creative workspace. Because the composition contains a dynamic cluster of geometric shapes on one side balanced by softer, more open blocks of color on the other, giving it an uninterrupted wall allows the full artistic balance to unfold.

In a bedroom, positioning the design behind the bed headboard creates an artful focal point while keeping the broader atmosphere gentle thanks to the surrounding pastel tones. For an open living area, placing this wallpaper along a primary feature wall invites the eye into the layered collage of shapes and marks without overwhelming the room.

Styling it

When styling around Sphere III, we suggest letting the artwork lead the visual energy while keeping major furniture pieces relatively clean and grounded in form. Low-profile contemporary furniture in neutral upholstery lets the magenta and chartreuse accents pop naturally.

To complement the painted visual textures in our wall murals, pair the design with matte ceramic decor, smooth painted surfaces, and warm, pale wood tones. If you want to draw out the lively character of the pattern, introduce a small decorative accent such as a throw cushion or vase that echoes the energetic yellow or vivid pink in the motif.

Colour combinations

The palette in our wallpaper centres around cool lavender, chalky blush pink, and pale grey-blue, punctuated by deliberate moments of bright magenta, olive-tinted chartreuse, and deep indigo.

For adjacent walls and painted trim, soft off-whites, pale grey, or gentle lavender-tinted neutrals create a seamless, cohesive transition. If you prefer a richer contrast, picking up the deeper plum or slate tones on surrounding woodwork or textiles will anchor the lighter pastel background of the mural.
