Wallpaper - Wildflower Impressions I

Our Wildflower Impressions I wallpaper brings an expressive, painterly meadow into the home through fluid brushwork and a soft, layered palette. Designed in collaboration with artist June Erica Vess, this floral motif balances gestural rose and blush petals with warm ochre stems, muted olive foliage, and small touches of pale sky blue against a warm cream backdrop. The upward movement of the brushstrokes creates a natural rhythm across the wall, giving the composition an open, airy feel. Like all our wall murals, this design is made to measure to your exact wall dimensions and printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle paper structure.

In the room

We love how this design brings warmth and visual softness to spaces where you want a relaxed, welcoming mood. In a bedroom, it makes a beautiful focal wall behind the headboard, where the upward sweep of the flowers frames the bed naturally. The painterly style also suits a dining area or a living room, especially on a wider, relatively uninterrupted wall where the full expanse of the brushwork can be appreciated. Because the palette combines several gentle tones over a pale ground, our mural wallpapers work just as comfortably in smaller rooms, such as a guest bedroom, study, or hallway, without overwhelming the space.

Styling it

Because the botanical motif carries plenty of lively movement and color variation, we recommend keeping surrounding furnishings relatively calm. Painted furniture in warm cream or soft stone allows the wallpaper to take center stage, while warm wood pieces add grounding depth to the room. For upholstery and window dressings, plain woven textiles in oatmeal, sand, or washed linen complement the artwork effortlessly. If you want to echo the design in smaller accents, consider a ceramic vase in muted blush or olive to tie the palette together without competing with the wall.

Colour combinations

The pattern itself is built from a gentle mix of dusty pink, rose, warm ochre, soft moss green, and pale blue, resting on a light beige background. When selecting paint or furnishings for adjacent walls, we suggest pulling directly from the background with warm off-white, light cream, or gentle putty tones to maintain an open feel. For trim, skirting, or larger furniture, a soft sage green or a muted terra-cotta provides a subtle, harmonious contrast that highlights the floral tones within the design.
