Wallpaper - American Eagle Badge

Our American Eagle Badge wallpaper presents a detailed historical emblem set within a classic circular medallion. The composition centres on an outstretched bald eagle bearing an escutcheon with red, white, and muted blue stripes, holding an olive branch in one talon and a bundle of arrows in the other. Above the eagle, a scroll with the Latin motto sits beneath a constellation of stars encircled by radiating rays and stylized clouds. The soft parchment backdrop and aged lithographic drawing style give the motif an authentic vintage presence. Produced as a made-to-measure design, this PVC-free wallpaper brings a distinguished focal point to heritage and classic interiors.

In the room

We see this mural wallpaper working particularly well on a main feature wall in a home office, library, or study where its graphic symmetry can anchor the room. The centralized circular format creates an immediate focal point, so giving it an uninterrupted wall behind a desk or between built-in bookshelves allows the full medallion to be appreciated. It also sits comfortably in a dining room or wide hallway, where the warm neutral background helps the artwork integrate naturally with surrounding architectural details like wainscoting or panelled walls.

Styling it

For a cohesive interior, pair this design with rich, traditional materials that complement its vintage character. We would style it alongside darker timber furniture, such as walnut or antique mahogany, which echoes the warm undertones of the illustration. Simple leather seating, muted brass lighting fixtures, and unadorned architectural mouldings allow the graphic detail of the central badge to remain the hero of the space without feeling crowded.

Colour combinations

The motif is defined by an understated heritage palette featuring warm parchment beige, deep charcoal-browns, soft slate blue, muted brick red, and olive green. To frame the wallpaper, consider pulling the warm background shade onto adjacent walls or painted trim for a quiet, wrapped atmosphere. For a bolder contrast, deeper navy, forest green, or charcoal cabinetry will highlight the linework of the eagle and the central shield.
