Wallpaper - Hazy Shore II

Our Hazy Shore II wallpaper by June Erica Vess brings a soft, atmospheric landscape to life with delicate watercolour-like washes. Subtle layers of muted sage green, pale sky blue, warm peach, and misty cream blend seamlessly across a calm water scene, capturing the gentle light of early morning or dusk. The horizontal composition and fluid transitions create an airy, expansive feel across the wall, while the painterly texture adds quiet artistic depth. Produced to your exact measurements on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface texture, our wallpapers are straightforward to hang and make an inviting focal point in any interior.

In the room

We love how this landscape mural wallpaper opens up a space, making it especially well suited to a bedroom or a calm living room. The open horizon and soft gradient give the illusion of greater depth, particularly on an uninterrupted feature wall behind a bed or low sofa. Because the motif is soft and painterly rather than sharply graphic, it works equally well across larger open-plan living areas where you want visual character without visual clutter. In rooms with generous natural daylight, the gentle shifts between cool blues, pale yellows, and soft greens become especially nuanced.

Styling it

The ethereal, nature-inspired palette pairs naturally with understated contemporary or Scandinavian interior styles. We suggest keeping surrounding furniture relatively quiet to let the subtle watercolour gradients take centre stage.

• Choose low-profile furniture in lighter woods or neutral painted finishes to maintain the airy, open feel of the wall.
• Introduce tactile accents like linen drapery and soft wool textiles in ivory, warm beige, or gentle oat tones to echo the soft horizon.
• Add small ceramic or glass decorative pieces in muted teal, soft olive, or warm amber to subtly draw out the delicate tones of the landscape.

Colour combinations

The palette within our design balances cool, watery blues and muted greens against warm peach, pale sunlit yellow, and gentle cream undertones. When choosing colours for surrounding walls, woodwork, or larger upholstery, consider soft chalky off-whites, warm greige, or a pale celadon green to maintain a continuous, harmonious flow. For a slightly moodier contrast, deeper slate blue, dusty spruce, or warm terracotta accents can help anchor the lighter hues in the wallpaper.
