Wallpaper - Peacock Geometry I

Created by artist June Erica Vess, our Peacock Geometry I wallpaper brings together expressive abstract brushwork and vivid, organic color blocking. The composition layers sweeping planes of bright turquoise, lively magenta, warm coral, sunny yellow, and olive green against soft neutral washes, punctuated by deep ink-like dotting that echoes stylized peacock motifs. The visible canvas grain and fluid paint strokes give the design an authentic painterly character with remarkable visual depth. Made-to-measure for your exact wall dimensions, our PVC-free wallpapers are designed to make an artistic statement across any interior.

In the room

Because of its expressive scale and dynamic composition, we see this design working especially well on a wide, uninterrupted accent wall in a living room or behind a headboard in a bedroom. The generous swathes of color and rhythmic brush marks have room to unfold across broader wall surfaces without feeling cut off. In a creative home office or an entryway, wall murals like this introduce instant visual energy, greeting you with bright, confident character. If you are decorating a dining area, placing this mural wallpaper along the main feature wall creates an inviting, artful focal point that draws the eye across the entire space.

Styling it

When styling around such a vibrant, painterly motif, we suggest keeping larger furniture pieces grounded in quiet, tactile forms so the wall remains the primary visual focus.

• Choose low-profile seating or clean-lined wooden cabinetry in pale oak or painted off-white finishes, allowing the vibrant sweep of the abstract shapes to stand out naturally.
• Introduce accent textiles such as cushions or throws in solid warm terracotta, muted teal, or washed linen to pull out specific brush tones without introducing competing patterns.
• Incorporate matte ceramic vases or understated lighting fixtures with rounded silhouettes to echo the soft, organic curves found within the artwork.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper features a joyful and varied palette of vivid turquoise, bold magenta, warm peach, soft buttery yellow, olive green, and dark indigo accents set over gentle cream and dove grey backdrops.

To create a balanced scheme around the design, we recommend pairing it with adjacent walls painted in soft warm alabaster or chalky linen to let the colors pop. If you want a moodier, more immersive interior, pulling out the deep teal or warm terracotta tone for surrounding woodwork, doors, or built-in shelving creates an effortless and sophisticated frame around the mural.
