Wallpaper - Peony in Pink

Created by Krystal Adams, our Peony in Pink floral wallpaper presents a large, expressive peony bloom rendered with painterly brushstrokes. Rich shades of magenta, deep rose, blush pink, and subtle coral highlights build depth across the petals, balanced by deep green leaves and a delicate stem set against a soft pink backdrop. As one of our standout mural wallpapers, the oversized motif gives a room an artistic focal point with its visible painterly textures and gentle contrast. Our wallpapers are made-to-measure and PVC-free, produced with a subtle physical structure in the paper that brings warmth to any interior.

In the room

Because of the generous scale of the central flower, we see this wall mural working particularly well on a main feature wall where the full bloom has room to unfold without being crowded. In a bedroom, placing this design behind the bed creates an inviting, decorative focal point that anchors the entire room. In a living room or dedicated dining space, giving the wallpaper a wide, uninterrupted wall allows the expressive brushwork and rich petal tones to carry the visual focus of the space. It can also bring a cheerful, creative feel to a home office, hallway, or guest room when paired with simpler adjacent surfaces.

Styling it

When styling around this wallpaper, we suggest letting the painted floral motif take center stage while keeping surrounding furniture relatively calm and grounded.

• Pair the wallpaper with warm wood furniture or painted pieces in soft off-white to balance the depth of the magenta and rose petals.
• Choose larger textiles, such as bed linen, upholstery, or curtains, in muted neutrals or soft blush to echo the background without competing for attention.
• Incorporate simple ceramic accents or matte finishes that complement the painterly character of the artwork rather than high-gloss surfaces.

Colour combinations

The design itself centers on a layered palette of deep magenta, dusty rose, soft blush pink, and delicate peach accents, grounded by deep olive and leafy greens. When choosing paint or accents for adjoining walls and trim, we like pairing this wallpaper with soft chalky whites, warm cream, or pale pink to extend the airy feel of the background. For a deeper and more grounded contrast, rich forest greens or warm terracotta tones taken from the leaves and central petals work beautifully across cushions, throws, or painted woodwork.
