Wallpaper - Farm Abstract II

Our Farm Abstract II wallpaper, created in collaboration with Krystal Adams, captures the essence of open countryside through expressive brushstrokes and layered, painterly textures. The composition brings together soft sage and olive greens, muted sky blues, warm ochre, and gentle sand tones, accented by small pops of coral and deep forest green. Broad, horizontal bands evoke rolling fields, cultivated land, and distant hills, while delicate marks and paint flecks lend intimate detail across the surface. Made-to-measure on our PVC-free paper with a subtle physical structure, this design brings an artful, serene atmosphere to the home.

In the room

We love how this landscape-inspired design functions on a wide, uninterrupted wall in a living room or dining area, where the horizontal flow of the artwork can stretch across the space without feeling confined. Because the composition balances broad color fields with smaller, expressive brushmarks, it works well as an accent wall behind a low-profile sofa or dining table, keeping the upper expanse of the design visible. In a bedroom, placing this design behind the headboard introduces a soft, grounded backdrop that feels layered without becoming visually overwhelming. For spaces with generous daylight, the subtle tonal shifts between pale celadon, warm ochre, and soft blues emerge clearly across the wall.

Styling it

When styling around this wallpaper, we suggest pairing it with furniture and accents that respect its artistic, painterly character.

• Choose furniture in warm, mid-tone woods or natural light oak to complement the earthy ochre and wheat-colored strokes in the lower field.
• Introduce textiles in undyed, textured weaves or soft muted blues to echo the landscape tones without competing with the painted marks.
• Keep wall decor and surrounding decorative objects relatively minimal, allowing the panoramic quality of the artwork to serve as the main visual statement in the room.

Colour combinations

The palette in our wallpaper centers on sage green, soft celadon, sky blue, pale ochre, and warm cream, with subtle touches of coral and deep moss green. For adjacent painted walls, we suggest a warm off-white, a pale sand, or a gentle muted sage pulled directly from the background fields. If you prefer deeper contrast in surrounding joinery or furniture, olive green or dark slate blue can pick up the richer grounding accents within the artwork.
