Wallpaper - Wild Ride I

Created by Nikita Jariwala, our Wild Ride I wallpaper presents a dynamic equestrian motif interpreted through bold, abstract shapes and layered planes of earthy colour. The composition focuses closely on the fluid movement of horse and rider, rendered in simplified silhouettes with a textured, print-inspired visual character. Muted olive green, soft sage, warm sand, and quiet grey balance the striking cream and off-white forms across the wall. Produced made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle paper structure, this mural wallpaper brings an expressive, modern artistic presence to any interior space.

In the room

The cropped, large-scale composition gives this design strong visual momentum, making it especially effective on a main feature wall where the entire graphic figure can be appreciated from a distance. In a living room, dining room, or open-plan entryway, we like how the sweeping shapes anchor the space without needing an intricate, busy pattern. Because the forms are large and clearly defined, the design holds up well on taller walls or behind lower-profile furniture such as a clean-lined sofa, low sideboard, or bed frame.

Styling it

To let the graphic artwork take centre stage, we suggest pairing this wallpaper with furniture that features simple silhouettes and honest, grounding textures. Natural wood pieces in oak or warm walnut complement the earthy tan and ochre tones within the motif. Upholstery in textured neutral fabrics such as bouclé, wool, or woven cotton allows the green and sand shades in the wall mural to stand out while keeping the overall room calm and cohesive. Matte black lighting or understated bronze accents can subtly echo the defined outlines of the illustration.

Colour combinations

The palette of our wallpaper is rooted in nature, combining mossy olive greens, cool grey-green, warm sand, soft charcoal grey, and crisp off-white. For adjacent painted walls, architectural trim, or large area rugs, we recommend pulling directly from these subdued background tones. A warm neutral off-white or soft putty on neighbouring walls maintains an airy, gallery-like backdrop. Alternatively, bringing a deeper olive green or warm clay tone onto adjoining woodwork creates a rich, enveloping atmosphere.
