Wallpaper - Soft Bloom I

Created by designer Nikita Jariwala, our Soft Bloom I wallpaper brings an expressive, painted floral motif into the home with gentle warmth. The composition features loose botanical blooms and slender leaves rendered with visible brushwork in shades of blush pink, soft peach, cream, and warm taupe. We particularly like how the muted background gives the floral forms space to breathe, creating a calm visual rhythm rather than an overwhelming pattern. Printed as a made-to-measure, PVC-free design, this wallpaper works beautifully across full rooms or as a serene accent wall.

In the room

In a bedroom, we find this design creates an inviting and serene backdrop, especially when placed on the wall behind the headboard where the upward movement of the stems adds gentle height. The delicate contrast between the soft pink petals and the warm, earthy ground keeps the atmosphere relaxed without feeling flat.

We also see our floral mural wallpapers working nicely in a light-filled living room or dining area. On a wider, uninterrupted wall, the painterly brushstrokes and organic shapes can be appreciated in full detail. Because the pattern has a softer tonal contrast, it can easily wrap around multiple walls in smaller rooms like a dressing room, home office, or guest bedroom without feeling heavy or visually crowded.

Styling it

To complement the painterly character of the design, we suggest keeping the surrounding furniture relatively understated in form and material. Softly structured upholstery in natural ecru, oatmeal, or muted rose allows the floral pattern to remain the primary visual focus of the space.

For hard furnishings, warm wood finishes like ash, pale oak, or birch harmonize naturally with the earthy background tones. If you want to introduce metal elements through lighting or hardware, brushed brass or soft antique gold pairs especially well with the warm undertones of the peach and cream petals.

Colour combinations

Our wallpaper combines a gentle palette of powdery blush, warm peach, and cream against a soft taupe and sandy beige background, accented by subtle deep brown details at the center of each bloom.

When selecting paint colors for adjacent walls, trim, or doors, soft off-whites with warm undertones create a clean and balanced transition. If you prefer to draw out the deeper notes from the artwork, muted terracotta, warm biscuit, or dusty rose provide rich, tonal harmony. For a more grounded contrast, a gentle warm taupe on surrounding woodwork anchors the space while letting the pink blooms stand out softly.
